1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using PipFix (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
PipFix is a social platform that allows users to create profiles, share content, follow other users, and engage with the community. The App is provided free of charge and is intended for users aged 13 and older.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to post, share, or distribute any content that:
- Is harassing, abusive, threatening, or defamatory
- Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Constitutes spam, fraud, or misleading information
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Violations may result in immediate content removal and account termination without notice.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
5. Content Moderation
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, moderate, and remove any content at our sole discretion. Users who violate these Terms may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or terminated.
Users can report objectionable content using the in-app report feature. We commit to reviewing reports within 24 hours and taking appropriate action, which may include content removal and account termination.
6. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting content, you grant PipFix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Blocking Users
Users may block other users to prevent them from viewing their content or interacting with them. Blocked users are immediately removed from the blocker's feed and notifications.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via the Profile screen in the App. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, content, and associated data. We may also terminate or suspend your account at any time for violating these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The PipFix name, logo, and app design are the property of PipFix. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email.
